After retiring from his career in technology, Carl Friedman sought a way to combine his love of photography with his computer and mathematical acumen. When he discovered fractal art through Corel's KPT collection, he also discovered a new way to express himself. His first explorations started with his photographic studies of flowers and nature. The work is completely computer generated, with the exception of an occasional tweak by me. I enhance the eyes, for example, using currently available software like Adobe and Corel KPT. Each image is printed on an 11x14 sheet of RedRiver Linen (60lbs,10mil). The cost per image is $65 without a frame. The printsize is suitable for any ready-made 16x20 frame with an 11x14 mat.
